Admitted to the New Jersey bar 2005, New York bar 2006.

Mr. Berg received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in May of 2005, and was the recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.  He was also a member of the Fordham Environmental Law Review.  While in law school, Mr. Berg participated in the criminal defense clinic where he represented indigent clients.  Mr. Berg also interned for State Supreme Court Judge Leon Ruchelsman.

Prior to joining Reisman, Peirez & Reisman, L.L.P., Mr. Berg worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, New York, where he prosecuted criminal cases from inception through trial.

In 2002, Mr. Berg graduated magna cum laude from Touro College, where he was on the Dean's List each semester, with a Bachelor or Arts degree in Psychology.
