After graduating from Brooklyn Law School, Gabrielle R. Schaich served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Margaret B. Seymour of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. As a law clerk, Ms. Schaich assisted Judge Seymour in the handling of all facets of both civil and criminal cases. While in South Carolina, Ms. Schaich additionally taught Torts as an adjunct instructor to undergraduate paralegal students at Midlands Technical College.
After clerking for two years, Ms. Schaich returned to New York to join a prestigious Long Island law firm, where she litigated both commercial and municipal cases in federal and state courts.
Currently, at Reisman, Peirez & Reisman, L.L.P., Ms. Schaich litigates a variety of commercial matters in federal and state courts, including those involving contract, corporate, real estate, environmental, employment, and insurance disputes.
Ms. Schaich is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
