Admitted to the New York Bar in 1959. He heads up the Firm’s Matrimonial and Family Law practice. Active in the Nassau County Bar Association where he has served as a director and a member of its judiciary committee, and the Family Law Section of the New York State and American Bar Associations, he lectures frequently before professional associations and community organizations on various aspects of marital law and the taxation and valuation of marital estates. He served 8 years, by appointment of the Appellate Division’s Second Department, as a member of the Grievance Committee of the 10th Judicial District. He is a graduate of Queens College (B.A., 1956) and Brooklyn Law School (LL.B., 1959); a member of the Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court; a member of the New York Family Law American Inn of Court; and has served for over 20 years as a Village Justice in Nassau County.
