Joe Capobianco lectured on Forbearance Agreements on the Nassau Academy of Law’s annual “Bridge-The-Gap” weekend. Joe’s lecture focused on the differing perspectives of a lender and borrower in entering into such agreements and the value of such agreements in these incredibly difficult and challenging times. The Nassau Academy of Law is the educational arm of the Nassau County Bar Association.

Joe’s seminar, “Death of a Business: Death of a Dream” focused on all aspects of bankruptcy, out-of-court debt resolutions and methods to avoid an “inevitable” bankruptcy filing.
