Murray addresses constitutionality of racial profile during appearance on FOX News Channel:
E. Christopher Murray, appeared on the Cavuto report on FOX News Channel to discuss the issue of racial profiling.  The discussion was i related to the arrest of the  six individuals who  were allegedly planning to attack Fort Dix . Mr. Murray debated the issue with private security expert Bo Dietl. Mr. Murray's position was that unless police have specific information warranting an investigation of a person or group, racial profiling is not only wrong, but a waste of resources.

Chris Murray was quoted by the Washington Post on the U.S. Supreme Court's 5-4 vote that the Partial Birth Abortion Act, signed into law by President Bush in 2003 does not violate a woman's right to have an abortion under the court's landmark 1973 ruling in Roe v. Wade.

Murray, called the ruling "a disturbing development for abortion rights advocates. The court "is retreating from its previous decision striking down a similar ban that did not have exceptions for the health of the mother. Thus, the new justices on the court, Roberts and Alito, have demonstrated a willingness to go against the court's prior precedents, signaling that Roe v. Wade is susceptible to being overturned."
