Joe Capobianco was the feature speaker at the meeting of Society of Financial Service Professionals held at the Nassau County Bar Association.
A fast growing area which has been an unweary trap for businesses which often leads to litigation, viz., federal and state civil rights statures which govern discrimination issues such as age, race and sexual harassment, and state and federal labor laws which govern wages and hours. We principally represent employers with respect to employer practices and employee discrimination suits. We also vigorously prosecute claims of employees that have been subject to discrimination at the hands of their employers.
Our contract experience has proven of great value to employers in drafting executive agreements and non-compete and other type of restrictive covenants.
