Practice Areas : Matrimonial and Family Law
Our Matrimonial Department is extensively involved in all aspects of Domestic Relations and Family Law. We regularly negotiate and prepare pre-nuptial agreements, marital agreements and separation agreements, as well as negotiating and litigating matters involving custody, support, paternity and equitable distribution issues, including the valuation of assets, such as businesses, licenses, degrees, professional practices and celebrity status. We have extensive experience in Trial and Appellate Courts in the New York metropolitan area. We have represented clients of both genders, ranging from stay-at-home spouses to owners of Fortune 500 companies, and individuals from various backgrounds, including sole entrepreneurs, small business owners, well-known celebrities and business executives. One of our matrimonial partners has been appointed by sitting Judges as Special Referee to supervise discovery in difficult cases, and is a member of the American Inns of Court, a National society with strict standards for admission.
