Joe Capobianco was the feature speaker at the meeting of Society of Financial Service Professionals held at the Nassau County Bar Association.
The advent of Internet commerce and hi-tech computerization enabling companies to conduct business world-wide, including over the Internet, has magnified the need to file for trademark and copyright protection and to vigorously enforce registered marks.
