ATTORNEY PROFILE

Matthew E. Kelly graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2007. Since his admission to the bar, he has been principally involved in litigation at the trial and appellate court levels throughout New York State.

Throughout his legal career, Mr. Kelly has served a wide ranging client base that includes individuals and Fortune 500 companies. He has co-authored articles entitled Unintended Consequences of the Medical Indemnity Fund and An Unbalanced Bill: New York’s Current Registry Landscape on “Balance Billing” and “Surprise Bills”.

While in law school, Mr. Kelly served as the Senior Editor for the Case Western Reserve Law Review and earned the CALI Legal Research & Writing Award. Before law school, Mr. Kelly graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor of fine arts degree in film drama. At Syracuse, Mr. Kelly was a member of the Acting, Drama and Fencing clubs
