Local Attorney Named One of America’s Super Lawyers
October 5, 2011 (Garden City, NY)—Jerome Reisman, Senior Partner of Garden City’s Reisman Peirez Reisman and Capobianco law firm was selected for inclusion in the edition of Super Lawyers that appeared in the October 3rd edition of the New York Times Magazine. Selection to Super Lawyers is based on a rigorous peer-review survey by the top attorneys in the country. The publication reaches 13 million readers nationwide.
Celebrating their thirtieth anniversary this year, Reisman Peirez Reisman and Capobianco had all five of their partners recognized by Super Lawyers in their various fields of practice.
Attorney Jerome Reisman is a local resident of Great Neck, where he has utilized his legal expertise to serve the Village as Deputy Mayor, Chair of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Member of the Planning Board and Village Judge.
Reisman was one of the three founding partners of Reisman Peirez Reisman and Capobianco in 1981, and he leads their Financial Services practice group. Considered a leader in the field, Reisman lectures frequently before professional associations and community organizations and has represented numerous victims of Bernie Madoff.
A graduate of Queens College and Syracuse University Law School, Reisman was admitted to the New York Bar in 1967.
